A Study on Curriculum Draft Development of Home Automation Human Resources

  Abstract

The curriculum drafts for college and university are proposed in order to develop the human resources of home automation industry through applying an expert Delphi research method to the current, existing curriculums in the base of the job analysis specification which is classified to the home automation industry standard. The two curriculum drafts are developed for the purpose of each college and university and they are developed with three part courses of the system studies, home network design, implementing studies and management, maintenance studies. In case of freshmen of college, they cover the general basic courses regarding the intelligence home automation module, college students are given the option to choose the curriculum in three major courses studies in second year and complete it. It is proposed for the university curriculum, the students are required to study the general foundation courses on intelligence home automations in second year and then take the option to choose the three compulsory major modules and complete the required courses in year 3and year 4.
