  Abstract

The number of households living with companion animals is rapidly increasing due to an increase in one-person households and an increase in the elderly population. An increasing number of households are raising pets, and the number of abandoned and lost pets is also increasing. The Korean government has been implementing an animal registration system since 2014 to prevent pets from being abandoned.Despite the implementation of the animal registration system, the number of lost and abandoned pet is increasing year by year. Animal registration system is currently applied only to "dogs", but not only dogs, but also cats are added to the pet registration system because the number of households that raise cats as companion animals is rapidly increasing. As the impact of companion animals on human life increases with the increase of households with them, building an online digital database on companion animal care is needed. Hyperledger Fabric Analyzes and designs the database of Distributed Ledger, performs Hyperledger Fabric Coding, connects to a virtual machine, creates an HTML file, and builds a homepage such as online mobile and PC. Research will be conducted to improve the animal registration system through online Blockchain and digital mobilization of databases.
