  Abstract

A tactical network needs to categorize flow by every application service with the aim of achieving military priorities depending on the importance of information in operational employment. The flow-based services make different network congestion control depending on traffic, and it causes to happen to different queuing delays and packet loss. In this paper, we proposed an algorithm to dynamically optimize the parameter of flow queue-controlled delay(FQ-CoDel), which combines queue management and scheduler, to ensure the quality of service(QoS) of individual application services and to manage network congestion control. The proposed method of queue management reduces queuing delays and advances the timing of queue stabilization as packets are dropped at an appropriate time. The proposed method of scheduling has the advantage of prioritizing particular flow or fairing the entire flow according to the purpose of the algorithm.
