  Abstract

This paper proposes a Denoising Autoencoder (DAE) and a Density-Based Spatial Clustering of Applications with Noise (DBSCAN) based estimation algorithm using time-frequency analysis of low signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) radar as input to estimate the Carrier Frequency of low SNR radar signals. The performance of the proposed algorithm shows high estimation performance compared to the in-image Connected Component Analysis (CCA) algorithm.
