The defacto population includes registered residents, transient residents, and foreign residents, and is measured monthly through the anonymized information combination. The research suggests a linkage key structure excluding time-series keys to efficiently combine data and presents alternative solutions to address issues with duplicate linkage keys. Aiming to improve the speed and efficiency of linkage key information, experiments confirm that the improved process is more effective than traditional methods. This research will be useful as fundamental data for precisely understanding regional population activity and formulating policies to counteract regional decline." }
