For example, precise landing at the destination is very important for automated payload (un-)loading, docking, or wired/wireless charging. Although many UAVs are equipped with GPS, a gyroscope and altitude (atmospheric and/or ultrasonic based) sensors for their location determinations, there is still an error of several meters to tens of centimetres. In case of a UAVs that applies with a magnetic induction for wireless charging system, only a few centimetres of error are allowed. In this study, we use QR code image analysis to get distance so that UAV's position could be more precisely estimated.
