  Abstract

In this paper, I proposed Availability account of network in mobile communication network that have hand off scheme. Radio transfer communication network is essential hand off action to keep communication that is no discontinuance by transfer of terminal. Kind and quantity of network structure that is parting by state and hand off state ago hand off from transfer of terminal and include in each state change. Availability of communication network system failure rate of component structure a lot of effects reach. I applied radio CORBA's MS, SM, MM communication scheme for network Availability account. System Availability in mobile communication network that propose in this study uses the repair rate and failure rate of structure had included in each communication succor and Availability did account.
