Improvement of Social IoT Platform Using Location Information

  Abstract

In the existing Social IoT platform, related services are provided using things’ and users" IDs and their access rights information only. In this paper, we use the location information to discover things and form social relationships. In particular, we can limit the data sharing range and reduce the time required in the data sharing process by including location information in the data posted by things.
