J-KICS, Journal of the Korean Institute of Communications and Information Sciences, Achieves Inclusion in the World's Largest Scientific Citation Database, Scopus!

I am thrilled to share congratulations with all of you! The Journal of the Korean Institute of Communications and Information Sciences (J-KICS) received official approval for inclusion in the prestigious journal search database, Scopus, on December 28, 2023. This achievement positions J-KICS as a leading international journal in the field of ICT convergence, thanks to the active interest and cooperation of our society members.
Acknowledging the society's strong influence in the ICT convergence academic field, J-KICS secured inclusion in a relatively short evaluation period of two months. Scopus, being the world's largest abstract and citation database covering over 20,000 journals in the fields of science, technology, medicine, and social sciences, further enhances the global recognition of our journal alongside Web of Science
The Journal of the Korean Institute of Communications and Information Sciences has been published since 1976 and holds the distinction of being one of the oldest journals in the information and communication technology sector. It publishes articles in both Korean and English, covering topics related to AI for ICT applications, communication systems, networks and computing, service applications, emerging themes, and ICT convergence technologies.
